Tommy Jacobs, the head of criminal investigations, has twenty-five (25) years of personal crimes investigation, training and supervision within the Metropolitan Nashville, Tennessee Police Department. Lt. Jacobs spent twelve (12) years as a personal crimes investigator, three years as supervisor of the department's Major Case Unit (Murder Squad), and ten years as Commander of the Homicide Section. He has a B.A. in Management and attended the FBI National Academy. His training and experience include: crime scene interpretation and examination, suspect interrogation and witness interview techniques, evidence evaluation and analysis, report writing, and courtroom testimony. Lt. Jacobs has spent his entire career in Nashville, Tennessee (TN).
